If you’re recruiting (and who isn’t?), finding a way to set your organization apart from others is challenge number one. VGM’s employee stock ownership program, or ESOP, is one of its strongest benefits, so they needed a video that demonstrates what it means to work for an employee-owned company. This was not created as a recruitment tool, but serves as one. It also won an Annual Award for Communications Excellence (AACE) from the ESOP Association.
